Any movie Will Ferrel stars in is bound to be funny. Kicking and Screaming is no exception. Ferrel takes up a coaching job to coach a losing soccer team to compete against and to impress his dad, played by Robert Duval. With no knowledge of coaching, he gets help from football legend himself, Mike Ditka.
Will Ferrel does what he does best, being a goof ball, but in this movie Ferrel tones it down a bit and his antics aren’t has funny as his last couple of movies. If I can compare this movie to something it would be like Frank the Tank from “Old School” coaching the “Bad News Bears”
